i am currently pumping one to two times daily i know its not alot but its all i have time for. i’ve been drinking mothers milk tea once a day, and taking fenugreek supplements 2-3 times a day. is there anything else i can take that will help increase my supply? i’m just starting to get my daughter to nurse but she doesnt like to stick with it for very long. im currently producing 1-2 oz of milk a day, my daughter eats 2-3oz every 3 hours so i need more to get her to nurse regularly. my doctor refuses to prescribe me anything that will help because he started me on the depo shot before i got discharged telling me it was safe while breastfeeding but it really dries up your supply faster, so he thinks i shouldnt even try to nurse n i think he’s a dumba$$ for putting me in this situation in the first place
